Balloon Float is an endless protect-the-balloon game. A red balloon drifts steadily up through the sky, and the sky is full of floating debris — stones, bubbles and spiky balls in rows, rings, clusters and walls with gaps. You cannot steer the balloon; instead you move a small glowing shield and push the debris aside before it reaches it. Debris knocks into other debris, so a careless shove can send a chain of trouble straight back. The shield is smaller than the balloon, so simply parking it on top will not save you — you have to clear a path. The balloon rises faster as you climb. How high can it go?
How to play Balloon Float
Goal: Keep the balloon from touching anything for as long as you can.
Keyboard & mouse
- Hold the mouse button and move to steer the shield, or use the arrow keys / WASD
- P or Escape to pause
Phone & tablet
- Touch and drag; the shield sits just above your finger so you can see it
Rules
- The balloon rises on its own; the debris drifts down toward it.
- Move the shield into debris to push it. Faster pushes send things further.
- Debris bounces off other debris and off the sides of the sky.
- Anything touching the balloon pops it. Your score is the height reached.
Tips and strategy
- Push things sideways, not up — they come back down.
- Open a gap in walls early rather than at the last moment.
- Big boulders are slow to move; start shoving them sooner.
