Colour Gate is an endless reflex game. Your glowing orb races up the screen toward gates split into coloured segments. Steer left and right so you cross each gate through a segment that matches your orb; hit any other colour and the run is over. Prism bands switch your colour without warning, later gates slide sideways and split into narrower pieces, and the pace keeps climbing. Grab stars for bonus points. Every colour also carries its own white symbol — circle, triangle, square or diamond — so the game never relies on colour alone. How far can you get?
How to play Colour Gate
Goal: Pass through as many gates as you can without touching the wrong colour.
Keyboard & mouse
- ← / → or A / D to steer, or hold the mouse and move it
- P or Escape to pause
Phone & tablet
- Touch and drag to steer the orb under your finger
Rules
- Each gate is made of coloured segments; cross it through one that matches your orb.
- A prism band changes your orb to its colour — check before the next gate.
- Arrows at the edges show a gate that slides sideways.
- Gates score 10 points and stars 25. The pace rises with every gate.
- Symbols match colours: rose ●, gold ▲, mint ■, blue ◆.
Tips and strategy
- Look one gate ahead and line up early.
- With sliding gates, aim where the segment will be, not where it is.
- Skip a star if grabbing it puts you on the wrong colour.
