Road Hopper is an endless hop-and-dodge game. Guide a little white rabbit up a never-ending strip of meadows, busy roads and rushing rivers. Time your hops between cars and trucks, ride floating logs across the water, and grab coins on the grass — but keep moving, because the view creeps upwards and catches anyone who dawdles. Every run is freshly generated, so no two crossings are the same.
How to play Road Hopper
Goal: Hop as far up the map as you can.
Keyboard & mouse
- Arrow keys or WASD hop one square
- Space hops forward
- P or Escape to pause
Phone & tablet
- Swipe up, down, left or right to hop
- Tap anywhere to hop forward
Rules
- Each hop moves one square. Trees on the grass block your way.
- Cars and trucks are deadly — hop in the gaps.
- On rivers, land on the logs; falling in the water or drifting off-screen ends the run.
- The view slowly climbs and speeds up: if it catches you at the bottom, the run ends.
- Score 1 point per new row and 5 per coin.
Tips and strategy
- Watch a lane for a moment before hopping in — traffic moves at a steady pace.
- On logs, hop forward early: the current carries you towards the edge.
- Sideways hops on the grass line you up with the best gaps.
