Ink Path is a drawing physics puzzle on a sheet of notebook paper. Each page has a red ball, a cup with a flag, a few walls and sometimes rows of spikes. Draw lines with your finger or mouse — ramps, bridges, curves and catches — then press Drop. The ball falls under gravity and rolls along your ink and the walls; get it into the cup to clear the page. If it pops on spikes, falls off the bottom or gets stuck, your lines stay put so you can tweak them and drop again. Ink is limited, and using less earns more stars: the gold marks on the ink bar show the three- and two-star limits. Eight pages build from a single ramp to curves that launch the ball up into a high cup.

How to play Ink Path

Goal: Get the ball into the cup using as little ink as you can.

Keyboard & mouse

  • Drag with the mouse to draw a line
  • Enter drops the ball (or resets it); U undoes a line, C clears
  • Keyboard drawing: arrows move the pen, Space starts and ends a line
  • P or Escape to pause

Phone & tablet

  • Drag your finger to draw
  • Use the Undo, Clear and Drop buttons at the bottom

Rules

  • Draw lines anywhere on the page. They are solid for the ball.
  • Press Drop: the ball falls and rolls along your lines and the dark walls.
  • Spikes pop the ball, and it is lost if it falls off the bottom. The sides of the page are walls.
  • After a miss your lines stay — adjust them and drop again.
  • Ink is limited. Stay left of the gold marks on the ink bar for three or two stars.

Tips and strategy

  • A smooth curve keeps more speed than a sharp corner.
  • To reach a high cup, let the ball fall far first, then curve upward.
  • Short catch lines can redirect a falling ball.
