Ant Trails is a gentle puzzle about leading a busy ant colony. Ants pour out of the nest and wander until they catch the scent of a marker you have dropped; then they march from marker to marker. Build a chain around stones, walls and ponds to reach the food, and every ant that finds a crumb walks the same trail back home. Dotted lines show which markers can see each other, so you can tell at a glance whether your trail is connected. You only have a few markers, the sun is setting, and on later maps a hungry spider patrols the lawn. Eight maps to explore.

Rules
- Searching ants walk to the nearest marker they can see that they have not visited yet.
- Markers can see each other up to a short distance, in a straight line not blocked by rocks or water — dotted lines show the links.
- An ant that sees food picks up a crumb and walks back along the markers it used.
- You have a limited number of markers; move them by picking them up and dropping them again.
- Spiders eat ants that get too close.
Tips and strategy
- Start the trail close to the nest so ants pick it up quickly.
- Go around obstacles with a marker at each corner.
- Keep the trail away from the spider’s patrol, or cross it quickly.
