City Shield puts you in charge of three interceptor batteries guarding six towns. Meteors streak down from the night sky; tap anywhere above the ground and the nearest battery fires a shot that bursts exactly there. Each blast spreads for a moment, and every meteor it catches explodes too — line them up for chain reactions. Ammo is limited each wave, splitting meteors arrive from wave 3, and the game ends when the last town falls.
How to play City Shield
Goal: Protect your towns for as many waves as you can.
Keyboard & mouse
- Click the sky to burst an interceptor there
- Keyboard: arrows move the crosshair, Space fires
- P or Escape to pause
Phone & tablet
- Tap the sky where a meteor will be — the shot bursts there
Rules
- Tap above the ground: the nearest battery with ammo launches a shot that bursts at that spot.
- A burst destroys any meteor it touches, and that meteor bursts too — chain reactions are worth chasing.
- Each battery has 10 shots per wave; batteries hit by meteors are out until the next wave.
- Pink meteors split in two from wave 3.
- Clear a wave to score bonuses for every surviving town and unused shot. The game ends when all towns are gone.
Tips and strategy
- Aim ahead of a meteor, where it will be when your shot arrives.
- Bursts in the middle of a cluster can clear several meteors with one shot.
- Save some ammo for the end of each wave — the last meteors are often the fastest.
